REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS POLICY

If you are not satisfied from the services, please reach us at +1 (802) 808-6545. Despite all our efforts to reach a mutual resolution, we will refund you in full with no questions asked subject to the condition that you ask for a refund within 30 Days of making the payment.

All the mentioned services are subject to be provided to you digitally via the internet within 2-5 working days of making the payment, depending on the severity of the project. 

This refunds policy is for new purchases which are covered by a 30-Day money-back guarantee. We will refund your money if you are not satisifed with our work.

Our respected customers must take some time out to read out and get familiar with this refunds and cancellation policy. We provide refunds to make sure that our customers are always satisfied and receive the highest standard of services. At times, we also issue refunds on design projects as “complimentary” to generate good word-of-mouth reputation, however, the issuance of refunds is completely at the sole discretion of our refunds/payments department.

Please note that all of the requested refunds will only be issued to the debit/credit card which was originally used at the time of making the payment for the respective project.
